Q. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US, United Kingdom, Australia and China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

A. It will usually take 7-21 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.


Q. IS CHECKOUT ON THIS SITE SAFE AND SECURE?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

Q. IF I ENTER MY EMAIL ADDRESS WILL YOU SELL MY INFORMATION?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

 

Q. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

A. All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

Q. I received a damaged/defective product, what now?

A. All damaged/defective claims must be filed with our support team within 72 hours of receipt of the item/s. Provide our team with a picture of the packaging, the item, and a description of what's wrong with your order. We will be happy to issue you a replacement at no cost to you or your can ship the item back to us for a refund.

Q. I received the wrong item, please help!

A. Please send our support team a photo of the item you believe to be incorrect. We will file a claim with the fulfillment team and reship your order and no cost to you.
